In the “Design Guidelines and Lot Surveys” section, you will find plats on every lot in the subdivision that show the Developable Area (Building Enveloper), size of the lot, topography, etc. These plats are instrumental in understanding what type and size of home can be built on the home site. Also in this section, you will find up-to-date Design Guidelines (note the date in the lower right corner signifying the latest Design Guidelines incorporating all of the most recent changes). Understanding these guidelines is critical in deciding which lot to purchase and what kind of home best fits on which kind of lot.

The “Maps” section includes development maps of the subdivision over the years, and even includes a map of the miles of Private Walking Trails in Monte Sereno – including a 34 lot section in the middle of the subdivision that is now Dedicated Open Space and there for all Monte Sereno residents to enjoy strolls amongst the vast views.
